I am a dedicated and passionate chef with a solid foundation in gastronomy and culinary arts. A graduate of Anadolu University’s Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (2017), I have complemented my academic background with professional training at MSA The Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul, earning a City & Guilds Certificate.

My culinary journey includes valuable international experience, such as working at The COVE Restaurant in the USA through the Work & Travel program and interning at the esteemed El Celler de Can Roca during its Turkey tour. These opportunities have shaped my approach to creating unique dining experiences.

Currently operating as a private chef under Altunay Private Chef, I bring innovation and leadership to every kitchen I join. My career has also included roles at reputable establishments like Marriott Istanbul Asia, where I gained extensive experience in high-volume operations.

I hold certifications in food safety and industrial kitchen hygiene, emphasizing my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of culinary practice. Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English, I excel in combining technical expertise with creative flair, ensuring each dish is a masterpiece.
